What sizes are available? / Which do I need?

This is fundamentally an individual decision. Almost all products are available in almost every width and length, up to 220 x 240 cm.
Here are a few tips: For the length, add your height plus approximately 20 cm. A bed is more like a cozy sweater than a tailored suit, and you shouldn't choose one that's too small.
In terms of width, a single sleeper is well served with 120-140 cm. Couples sleep comfortably from 140 cm (especially young ones), depending on their personal habits, and usually get along well with 160 cm (up to 180 cm).
The narrower the cover, the greater its elasticity; narrow futons of the same type are therefore firmer than wide ones.

The right size for your bed (mattress size)

This, of course, depends on personal preference or the space available. Generally, single people get along well with a 100cm width and sleep very comfortably on a 120-140cm width. Most couples prefer a 160-180cm width, and 140cm for those with a high need for contact and warmth.
200cm width is ideal for those who are active or as a family bed. Speaking of "family beds," a common topic these days: While the 200cm wide bed is the classic, more and more couples are opting for flexible options, such as two 140cm futons, one of which can later be moved to the children's room, or a 160cm + 90cm bed. A shallow and expandable bed is recommended for a variable family bed, such as Proof or Tatami.

Couples who are used to springy mattresses often tend to opt for larger sizes to avoid mutual interference (bouncing/bouncing). However, a good, comfortable futon generally protects against this and can therefore be somewhat narrower, as a continuous sleeping surface feels larger than two single ones with gaps.

Extra-Long Beds

Most people are accustomed to sleeping in a 200cm long bed, even if they are actually too tall for it. The sleeping cushion should be about 20cm longer than your body – this promotes relaxation. So, if you are 1.90m or taller, a 210cm/220cm long bed will allow you to stretch out and adopt the posture that suits you.

This also applies to the comforter, because if it isn't long enough, your body will always contract slightly to retain warmth and will therefore have difficulty relaxing.
The duvet should be 220cm long for people over 1.80m tall.
