Two reclining options for optimal adjustment
The core of the baby mattress offers two different firmness levels to adapt sleeping comfort to the baby's developmental stages:
Latex-coated coconut fiber core (4 cm thick) – particularly firm, ideal for the first few months to provide optimal support for the spine, which is still slightly curved.
100% natural latex (density 85 kg/cm³, 4 cm thick) – more adaptable yet firm enough to promote healthy spinal development.
This clever design ensures comfort and that your toddler always receives the ideal support in a cot during the first few years of life – until they move on to their first toddler bed, where a Neonatura children's mattress can replace the baby model.

Our baby mattress is available with two different covers:
Organic jersey cover – natural security
This knitted double jersey cover made of organic cotton (GOTS) ensures a pleasant sleeping environment. It is quilted with extra fluffy French free-range fleece wool – for gentle warmth and optimal moisture regulation. Perfect for sensitive baby skin!
Material composition:
Outer fabric: 300 g/m² cotton double cloth (GOTS)
Inner fabric: 70 g/m² cotton jersey (GOTS)
Climate fleece: 500 g/m² French free-range fleece wool
Extras: 4 sided zipper, 4 loops to ease turning
Care instructions: Wool-lined covers are not washable because wool has self-cleaning properties. For additional hygiene, a Molton protector is recommended.
Washable cover E-Pur – Hygienic & easy-care
Alternatively, the baby mattress is available with the E-Pur cover. This elegant double jersey fabric made from 100% organic cotton (GOTS) is characterized by a particularly smooth surface and high elasticity.
