Additional Delivery services

Construction Service*,  129.00 €

With the assembly service*, we deliver directly and completely, and when our driver leaves, your new bed is ready. Carry in the bed, slatted frame, and futon/mattress, assemble it, and take away the packaging.

For the assembly service, you must tell us your floor and any possible barriers, such as long access routes to your apartment/house. Please enter this in the comments field during checkout.

 

Bring-In Service*,  49.00 €

With the booked Bring-In Service*, your goods will always be delivered
to your apartment, no matter how many, no matter how far.

If your delivery is being sent by a freight company, we unfortunately cannot offer this service.

*Information on assembly and delivery service

As a small company with our own delivery operations in Central Europe, we operate our delivery routes with only one driver for economic reasons. For very large items, our driver will of course appreciate your help, but can also manage it alone. As we are this small we can only offer these Services in Germany.
Because it is not always easy, and we do not want to damage the goods or your hallway, the process can take up to 1 hour (depending on the quantity). Under certain circumstances, If fulfillment is too complex, we reserve the right to reject the delivery order. We ask for your understanding.

 

Delivery Times

After the order has been initiated, production usually takes place within 2-4 weeks. This applies to items that we manufacture in-house, such as futons and toppers. The goods are then delivered to you as quickly as possible by our in-house delivery service or a parcel service, which takes 1-2 weeks.
We ask for your understanding and are working hard to improve this.
Beds (and other goods) from external suppliers can take longer, up to 8 weeks depending on the supplier. We will provide you with information about the delivery time with the supplier's order confirmation (or upon request). In any case, you will receive precise delivery details by email approximately one week in advance.
