Features of the Coconut Mattress
The padding core of the coconut under mattress consists of a 5 cm thick rubber coconut mat (latex-coated coconut fibers, 100% natural). This stable-elastic material is especially durable, point-elastic, and breathable. The cover made of organic cotton satin (GOTS-certified) provides additional comfort and is washable at 60°C.
Thanks to the natural properties of coconut fibers, the ventilation of the mattress or futon is hardly restricted. When used on the floor, the coconut under mattress is a comfortable alternative to tatamis, offering better ventilation and a more pleasant experience. However, please note that it is not sufficient as the sole ventilation solution.
From a size of 160/200 cm (also available from 140/200 cm on request), the coconut core is split inside to facilitate handling.
