Shipping policy

A flat rate for delivery is displayed in the shop. This applies to a large mattress/futon (up to approximately 160x200 cm) to your country's capital city. For pallet delivery, which is necessary for tatami mats, bulky wooden products (e.g., beds and frame slats), and very large futons, the delivery rate is significantly higher. Due to the current global political situation, logistics costs are increasing significantly. The previously stated guideline prices for a large futon are therefore generally much too low until the situation eases. Please take note.We will determine the exact delivery rate after receiving your order and then adjust your confirmation. If the actual delivery rate is too high for you, you can cancel the order. Or better yet, ask us before placing your order. Smaller items that we ship by mail are cheaper. The delivery rate will also be adjusted in this case.
