Slipcover organic, natural
This slipcover made of organic cotton from controlled organic cultivation (k.b.A. / GOTS) in original Futonwerk quality is washable up to 60°C. The slipcover changes the visuals of the futon slightly, because it covers the buttons and creates a flat surface. But more importantly using a slipcover is about being able to wash out stains and discolourations caused by salts and acids from our sweat. Due to making the cloth for the slipcovers a bit lighter and our mechanical pretreatment to make them washable, the material becomes very smooth and hardly changes the lying feel.
The slipcover has - like our futons - a zipper which stretches along the long side and half way to the two cross sides. The yearly removing and putting on becomes a bit easier as a result.
A slipcover is no replacement for a bedsheet, as removing and washing is too inconvenient for that purpose.
If you want a custom size (in 5cm steps) then select the next bigger size from the dropdown(to get your price) and write your desired measurements in the command field or per e-mail, for example: “For the slipcover 170x215cm = 180x220cm”
For the “with edge and handles for turning” version, the handles and the inserted side panel are made in the colour of the seat top. Special requests are possible; please also note them in the comments field. We recommend omitting the handles for futon sofas, as the standard shape looks better on the sofa.
When ordering a slipcover subsequently or additionally, please specify your futon model or the total height of your futon as “desired height” in the comments field.
Note: A slipcover is an individualized production (dimensions, colour), therefore changed cancellation conditions apply. In the event of a cancellation or withdrawal from the contract on your part, we will charge the expenses incurred by us, in the amount of 40% of the order value of the custom-made product you canceled, in accordance with §§ 312e, 312d BGB i.V.m. Art. 246a EGBGB.
