Transitional Blanket
The transitional blanket, or all-season blanket, serves most people for the majority of the year depending on the filling material and body type, only supplemented in winter. It is one of the two blankets in the 4-season combo (transitional and summer blanket).
Cotton as well as Merino wool handle the task excellently and satisfy most people.
Those who need a lot of warmth should choose camel down or even cashmere*.
In winter, a summer blanket (or a second all-season blanket) is added, simply placed on top.
