The Cobo bed is made of solid wild oak, meaning wood from natural growth. Coarse-structured wood with cracks and knots is deliberately used to achieve the special, rustic character. The tactilely smooth surface is pleasant to the touch, just as a bed should be. The frame is made of 14 cm thick solid oak wood, making it very sturdy, but hollow inside so the bed does not become unnecessarily heavy.
*Slatted frame support: This bed has no side support strips but corner brackets, which require a solid slatted frame. A slatted frame is not included in the delivery. The following types of slatted frames are compatible with this bed: Frame slatted base.
