Topper Natural Latex X5 Horsehair
The flexible comfort enhancer… designed to significantly improve lying comfort, either gently stabilizing (horsehair side) or typically elastic like rubber, but always powerfully stable and point-supported, the Topper Natural Latex X5 Horsehair is a strong addition to your bed. It raises the lying height by about 8 cm and refines the sleeping climate with climate-regulating Merino wool. The fine horse tail hair provides additional air circulation and stability.
A topper cannot fully compensate for an overdue old or poor mattress. But with this quality, the lying experience will be noticeably different. This topper is made for people up to 120kg to balance out hard surfaces. A firm sleeping surface like Bonnell spring core or a hard sofa is equalized by the X5 Horsehair topper with its adaptive dynamics.
Compared to the Topper Natural Latex X5, the one-sided layer of 1000g/m² horse tail hair, besides providing optimal air circulation, ensures a calmer lying experience because the horsehair limits the intense movement dynamics of the latex. The X5 Horsehair works best for people over 80kg and all lighter individuals who appreciate the strong resistance of firm natural latex.
For lighter people (< 80kg) and sensitive side sleepers, we recommend the Topper Natural Latex X5 Horsehair / sensitive or Topper Natural Latex X5 / sensitive. Heavier people (> 100kg) may also consider the Topper Natural Latex X8, with a significantly stronger latex core.
Note: Topper covers are generally not removable. If you are looking for an additional washable protector for the topper, we recommend the following:
Molton protector, organic – rather warming, to be fixed on the topper (together with the mattress) with elastic bands
Satin protector, organic – neutral, to be fixed on the topper (together with the mattress) with elastic bands
